Jasper High School Theatre
Jasper Theatre is a fun, enriching program where one can be themselves, and there is no judgement. It challenges the students to develop as artists and as people. Through the classes and after-school productions, the students' confidence levels grow. The Jasper Theatre family has a welcoming atmosphere and invites anyone who is interested!
The International Thespian Society is an honor society for high school and middle school theatre students. It is a division of the Educational Theatre Association. Jasper does not have an official team, but they earn points in order to be admitted into Plano West's ITS. 20 points are are the minimum prerequisite required to join at West. Points can be earned through participating in shows, volunteer work, writing play critiques, etc. At Jasper, points are used to qualify for events such as the end of year banquet.
